Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor looms designated to you and inspect fabric for any defects based upon predetermined intervals


• Operate and keep back-up bobbins for each machine


• Maintain fill yarn


• Monitor yarn for tight/loose ends


• Monitor fabric for defects and mend or remove defects if possible


• Flag and report and repeated quality issues immediately


• Troubleshoot any technical problems


• Understand fabric structure, color and pattern


• Understand health and safety procedures


• Repair all warp stops and filling stops and restart machine


• Will be required to work and train in other departments as business dictates


• May be required to work overtime (no Sundays)


• Any other duties as assigned
